Sunfish have been in existence since 1997. Formed in the
arty alternate Southwest of England town of Totnes by
Jon Kerry and Dave Hickman to release a series of video
sample cds on Time and Space, which ultimately led them
to pursue their ideas of a live trance and visual experience....
The result was the 'JABBER' CD, an eclectic mix of hardcore
psychedelic trance and drum and bass crossover rhythms.
A live band was assembled to take the Sunfish project on to
the road, with projections and guitars and computers forming
a tight interwoven mesh of sound!

The live band consisted of Jon plus Sacha Holloway on guitars
Steve Young keys and samples, plus the live visual projections
of Jonnie Williams.

Many live and studio recordings were distributed by the band
during this period, notably 'Sex Drugs And Death' a hard trance
live outing and the 'Clear Blue Sky' d+b solo JK CD.
1998 also saw the departure of Dave to concentrate on sample CD
production and website design, meanwhile the Sunfish live
crew carried on touring, supporting the likes of Astralasia and
the Liberator DJs, and appearing at the Megadog festival in the
summer of 98.

After an intensive year,1999 saw more changes, the touring
line-up disbanded and JK carried on recording and writing.
During this period two more CDs were available. The 'SOOP'
set even more harder than ever, plus the 'ECLIPSE' CD, intended for the Sunshadow eclipse festival, which never materialised!!!! Sporadic gigs during this time included Bath, Moles, Cheltenham, Dartmouth festival etc etc....

Two audio sample CDs for the legendary BLUEOMNI corp followed plus yet more video clips.

A new track 'Energiser'was donated to the 'From Isca To Avalon' compilation released by the 'Future Sound Of Exeter', alongside the likes of 'Global' and 'Banco De Gaia'.

2002. Contributions to 2 sample cds for Time + Space.
