I really like this album - it's a kind of anti-dote to the standard 'relaxation music' which is churned out in such quantity.... It is very tranquil and relaxing but without any of the usual cliches.... whalesong and noseflutes are guaranteed to be absent! This is a concept I've been meaning to work on for a long time, and Kelvin's music suited it perfectly.

We also have a new CD by Chris Watson 'Weather Report' (TOUCH Label) which is superb. A collection of soundscape recordings from around the globe. It makes fascinating listening. I found a good review here: http://www.dustedmagazine.com/reviews/876
